Pui Ki received her Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from Stony Brook University, where her research primarily revolved around developing mechanisms to modulate kinase conformations. This involved working with biosensor plasmids using the Flexi Cloning system technique and delving into protein-protein interactions through single molecule microscopy.

Outside of her academic pursuits, Pui Ki indulges in traveling, culinary experiences, and cherising moments with her three cats and family. An interesting fact about her is that she became a new mother in September 2023!
