Professor Soellner's fervor lies in the intricate realm of drug targeting within the kinome. His illustrious career has been interwoven with the academic tapestry of the University of Michigan, where he has made an indelible mark over the years. He boasts a multifaceted background, having lent his expertise to the medical school's department of Internal Medicine, the College of Pharmacy, and currently, the LSA’s Chemistry department – where he currently has a teaching appointment for Organic chemistry (CHEM210).

Beyond the scholarly pursuits of organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and chemical biology, Professor Soellner finds solace in the embrace of his loved ones during holidays and vacations. He embarks on awe-inspiring journeys alongside his family, exploring the enchanting landscapes of numerous national parks and state parks that span the length and breadth of the country.
